Vince schreiber, CFA

Vince is an expert in business financial consulting, business planning, business financing, and business loans.  After earning a degree in Finance, he worked for two of Florida's most successful commercial banks, through the now long-forgotten "rolling recession" of the late 1980s and early 1990s. 


In the midst of a successful banking career, he was recruited to join Universal Studios as a member of the business planning and business development team.  Already a city unto itself, Universal Studios was beginning a rapid expansion in Orlando, and Vince became a key financial partner to operating executives across the company, working on high profile projects around the world.  Ultimately, Vince was an integral part of building Universal's theme park businesses in Orlando, Hollywood, Spain, Japan, Dubai, China, Singapore, and Korea, with investment in excess of $6 billion. 


Following the Universal experience, Vince joined a boutique real estate development company where he successfully launched multiple projects and raised more than $150 million in development financing.


The Great Recession and Credit Crisis of 2007-2009, sent Vince back to his banking roots as a business financial consultant.  Having worked though the earlier forgotten recession, Vince knew the ins and outs of banking, how bankers think, how to manage distressed assets, and what it takes to successfully raise money, even in a credit crisis. 


Stuck in the popular narrative that "banks aren't lending", clients were surprised to see the significant increases in credit lines and term loans that Vince was able to secure, and, in every case, at even more favorable terms than in previous deals. Vince became the CEO at one of his client companies, and led that company through substantial revenue and profit growth.


Today, Vince is dedicated to using his accumulated expertise and network of business consultants across many industries and businesses as a business financial consultant, assisting clients with business planning, business financing, and business loans.
